Through my experience as an Oregon Realtor™ here in Portland, I’ve learned that a home is so much more than just four walls and a roof. It is the foundation of a stable life. That is why I am so proud to share the 2025 Windermere Foundation Community Impact Report with you today.
Beyond the Transaction: My Commitment to Community
When I decided to build my real estate career, Windermere was an easy choice. It wasn’t just about the brand or the tools; it was about the heart behind the business. One of the things I value most about working here is our collective commitment to giving back to the neighborhoods we call home.
I’ve always believed that as a business owner and a resident of our city, I have a responsibility to support my neighbors. This mission is woven into the very fabric of my work: a portion of every single one of my commission checks is automatically donated to the Windermere Foundation. When you choose to work with me to buy or sell a home, you aren’t just making a move for your own future, you are directly contributing to the well-being of families throughout our region.
The 2025 Impact: Real Results in Our Backyard
The attached report highlights the incredible scale of what we can achieve together. Since its inception in 1989, the Windermere Foundation has raised over $59 million to support low-income and homeless families.
In 2025 alone, we were able to provide:

Emergency Assistance: Keeping families in their homes during times of crisis.

Food Security: Ensuring that children and seniors have access to nutritious meals.

Shelter and Education: Funding organizations that provide a safe place to sleep and the tools to build a better future.
Living and working in Portland, I’ve seen these dollars in action—from supporting local organizations like Rose Haven, which provides a sanctuary for women and children, to participating in our annual Community Service Day where we roll up our sleeves to serve on the ground.
Why It Matters to Me
As someone who raised my kids in Portland and enjoys the benefits of the local community, I know how vital a strong support system is. Whether I’m out enjoying all that our city has to offer, or meeting clients for coffee, I am constantly reminded of how lucky we are to live here. My goal is to ensure that everyone in our community has the same opportunity for stability and safety.
